We store the User ID associated with your account in Firebase or related services. It is used to identify your account, maintain your session, provide account-specific functionality, and prevent unauthorized access. We do not intentionally store journal-paper contents as part of a user profile unless a feature clearly states otherwise.

Uploaded or submitted papers may be temporarily processed by systems required to provide the service. Unless stated otherwise, we do not intend to permanently store uploaded papers as part of your account. Please do not upload confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information unless you are authorised to do so.

We use information to provide authentication and account functionality, support users, maintain security, prevent fraud, troubleshoot, improve the Service, and comply with legal requirements. We do not sell personal information for advertising purposes.

9. Payments

Paid features may use third-party payment providers. They process payment information under their own privacy policies. We may receive limited transaction information such as transaction ID, payment status, amount, date, and purchase status; we do not intentionally store complete card or banking credentials.
